Considerations When Booking Online
Nail services are displayed with price ranges based on our level system.
Next to each Provider’s name is L1, L2, or L3 indicating their Level.
Select your service provider accordingly.
Please see "Our Team" page for details on our Service Provider Level System.
For accurate appointment timing, please select all desired service options including "add-ons".
Ex. Soak Off Services, French Tip, Gel Polish Over, Paraffin, or Nail Art.
*A 50% hold will be placed on your credit card at the time of booking for certain services. Your card is not charged until the time of service and the hold is charged only in the event of an appointment "no show".
By booking online and placing the hold on your credit card, you authorize SNB to charge your card in consideration for the service provider's reserved time. Please see our policy below.
Booking The Correct Service
*Please call for booking assistance if you are unsure of the correct service to book. When you arrive for your appointment, it is likely we will not have adequate time to adjust your service(s). SNB reserves the right to charge the 50% hold for services that are scheduled incorrectly online in the event we are unable to perform the correct service you intended to book for.
Appointment & Payment Policy
Our advertised price is the SNB Cash Discount Price.
All purchases on a credit/debit card will not receive the Cash Discount Price and an adjustment of 3.5% will be displayed on your receipt
No Show & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to the SNB team and time is valuable. When an appointment is scheduled, we reserve time for you and cannot accept other clients, therefore, SNB reserves the right to charge 50% of scheduled services in the event a client “No Shows” or cancels their appointment within 4 hours of their appointment time. We appreciate your understanding and consideration for our Service Providers!
Late and Appointment Change Policy
Time is valuable and when an appointment is booked, we reserve time just for you. When a late arrival prevents us from performing the full scheduled appointment, we will adjust the service to accommodate the appointment in the time remaining to the best of our abilities and will charge for the lesser priced service. A “Consideration Fee” will be charged to account for the total reserved time of the service provider. When a client changes their service without a 4 hour notice, the Consideration Fee will be charged to account for the total amount of time reserved for the Service Provider.
